Nutrition may seem complex and complicated, but it doesn't have to be. We have compiled a list of mobile applications that you could download to your phone or device to assist you in understanding and tracking your nutritional behaviors and diet. Through these applications, you could track your macronutrients, learn about the health benefits of the foods you are consuming, and even be inspired to try new foods or cuisines.
